Who we share with

For candidates, only with companies you've agreed we can submit your resume to. For clients, only the recruiters working on your search.

How long we keep it

Active candidate profiles are kept while you're engaged with us. You can request deletion or correction at any time by emailing hello@talentfoundryinc.com.

Final policy text and applicable state-specific recruiter disclosures (MA, NH, ME, RI, CT, VT) will be confirmed before launch.
